Move target & what archiving actually does

Mechanism is Tony's UI only — thread title menu → Add to project. Nothing moves until Tony says go.

Archiving is a label, not a relocation. Moving a thread into a project does not move, hide or delete its transcript. The session JSONL stays exactly where it is on disk, which is what every read here actually used. Full visibility is retained — archived does not mean unreadable.

⚠️ But a file nobody ever opens is lost in practice. Retrievability is not recall. That is why every orphan stays KEEP until its finding is harvested into something durable — not because archiving would delete it, but because nobody will go looking.
Method: CAPTURED requires the report to name a file, URL or value that exists outside the transcript; title-keyword similarity was not accepted. Self-generated files (this registry, the KEEP list, the spawn CSV) are excluded from the evidence corpus — each lists every session id, so including them scored all 1,564 threads as “referenced”. With the exclusion: 37.

Why “Threads: 2 active” meant nothing

2 was never a thread count. It was the number of distinct Dispatch parent lanes with recent child activity — g20 and g12. The widget counted lanes and printed the word threads, with no unit and no window.
